If your computer runs a Windows operating system and you want to use a router to connect with Cybernet, please follow the instructions below. If you are using an Apple operating system, please view the instructions here.

  1. Click the "Start" button, or the "Windows Button" (a small circle in the lower left corner of the screen with the Microsoft Windows logo on it).
  2. Navigate the Windows menu to Control Panel.
  3. Go To Network and Sharing Center.
  4. Choose Setup a New Connection.
  5. During this time a pop-up window will be shown and click Connect to the Internet, then click Next button.
  6. Please click Broadband (PPPoE).
  7. Now, please fill out your account information (username and password provided by Cybernet ), and provide a name for the connection and then click Connect.
  8. If your connection has been established, then you will be able to see this in bottom right corner. Click on the Network internet access icon.
  9. If you want to modify this connection profile, please select Control Panel -> Network and Internet -> Network and Sharing Center, then click Change Adapter Settings.
  10. Here you can see the Broadband Connection profile that you just created. (Note that it will be named whatever you called it in step 7), and you can modify any settings that you need to here.
